Ναι, καλά διαβάσατε! Οι '90vibes επιστρέφουν για 4η φορά αυτή την Παρασκευή 3 Ιουνίου 2011  με άλλη μια αναδρομή στη δεκαετία του 90, με ήχους, ρυθμούς και μελωδίες που μας μείνανε η ξεχάσαμε (και θα ξαναθυμηθούμε). Αυτή τη φορά ίσως σκληρύνουμε....ηχητικά! Η βραδιά θα το δείξει!
Τρεις φίλοι και djs θα γυρίσουν μαζί σας πίσω το χρόνο με περάσματα από dance, house, piano tunes, euro, trance και τόσα άλλα που ακούσαμε σε clubs και ραδιόφωνα. 
Σας προσκαλούμε για ποτάκι και για μια ευχάριστη βραδιά γεμάτη 90s.

Yes, its true! '90vibes crew is coming back for the 4th time. this Friday 03 June 2011 with another tribute to 90s. Sounds, rhythms and melodies that we still remember or have forgotten (and will be reminded). Maybe a little harder this time, who knows...
Three friends and djs are gonna go back in time with sounds of dance, house, piano tunes, euro, trance and many more that we enjoyed in clubs and radio shows.

The Belgian king, Airwave!

What a night!!! Laurent Véronnez dj-set was magical and everyone enjoyed the flight with tunes from the past mostly and the present. I really love this guy! He proved ones again how simple elevating the crowd is! Selections from the very past like Peyote - Alcatraz (1992) and all time classic Age of love - Age of love (1990) to his latest upcoming tunes. Songs like Push - Universal Nation, Sonic Inc. - The taste of summer (Fire & Ice remix) and many Airwave's hits took us to another dimension. Amazing melodies and off course along with magical editing from Laurent's synthesizer. 

What is really great about Airwave is how simple and true personality he is. Adorable, one with the crowd and very real. I saw him smiling in every success in his mixing, feeling really happy every time the crowd shouting in his selections, like he didn't expect this reaction, he felt worried when something went wrong with his keyboard (hmmm, now that i think of it...is this how he came up with "When everything goes wrong"? :p ) etc. I had the chance to sit and talk with him for more than a half an hour, along with 5-6 other people, in a table on the beach. We talked like he was a friend of us for years. And when we said "goodbye and see you next time" he gave us a warm hug in every person. What more can we ask from a great artist, composer and dj that is already a legend? 

A huge respect and admiration for that guy.

AIRWAVE http://www.djairwave.com/ Biography «Forget James Brown, for me Airwave is the hardest working man in showbusiness. He makes more tunes in a week than most of us manage in a month. And most annoying of all, they’re all good.» – Tony Mc Guinness, Above & Beyond, 2007. Hit by surprise by a virus called Electronic Dance music, Laurent developed his knowledge of music and technology in parallel until his first demos saw the light of day in may of 1995. 1996 saw him release his first tracks on the infamous Bonzai imprint, but that is 1998 that saw him grow up and become the progressive trance artist we know today, with the release of his first Airwave record "I Want To Believe", immediately picked up by UK’s own Sasha and Oakenfold, and later on by up and coming youngster Tiësto, gaining popularity as much as he was playing Laurent’s records. The same can be said about the whole dutch trance scene, in which Laurent’s records were and still are omnipresent. That is how Laurent developed his DJ and performer’s career from back then, having several gigs worldwide, from Tokyo to San Francisco, from Auckland, NZ to Toronto, and from Manchester to Athens. Hundreds of gigs saw him perform at the world’s biggest clubs of those times, Slinky, Gatecrasher, Godskitchen, The Gallery, 1015, Dopler in Bratislava, and many others, all of them had the chance to welcome Laurent Airwave one day, if not several times, which proves that you don’t need to overcommercialize your music to get rewarded all around the world. And Tomorrow is another Challenge for Airwave and his troops. By the time you read this, the shift in sound already has started and Fans know how full of surprises the man can be. Forget the big fanfare riffs, it’s time to get mature! To sum it up, Laurent alongside with long time idols of his and day 1 supporters, «is creating a world full of humanity, craving for a better world much more than success and fame, which eventually lead to greed».
